Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
Mount Your Everest is a Registered NDIS Provider and complies with all Victorian and Commonwealth Government requirements for the delivery of quality and safe disability support services. Mount Your Everest intends to deliver supports to people living with a disability in a range of different settings. We will be completely dependent on our Participant's goals and requests in terms of our support provision. Our supports will include support in a Participants home, such as supports in house hold tasks (e.g. helping with daily living tasks such as cleaning, cooking, laundry) and supports in personal care. |
CEO and Director
Naser Naser, the CEO and Director of Mount Everest Pty Ltd, has supported his mother over the past 9 years, who has a physical disability. He has supported her in daily living activities, household tasks, assisting with travelling, community participation and using assistive equipment like a wheel-chair and lifting machine. Furthermore, he has previously established and engaged in Community Participation activities for my community Members for over a decade while pursuing higher education in business Management and Early Education and care. He founded MiniRoos soccer club for the Eritrean Community where the young members of these communities were engaged in sports, leadership and mentoring programs. As featured on SBS. Our management understands the continuous training required for staff in order to continue to deliver good quality services to participants and be compliant with NOIA Rules of business as well as Disability Act The CEO and the management understand linking participant with other services as required, including mainstream services and services not provided by their organisation. Both CEO and the management have done their own research in the disability sector, including researching NDIS (Provider toolkit, Operational rules, Victorian Human Services Standards, Child Safe Standards), understanding Compliance in terms of Self-assessment and accreditation, and understanding operations in terms of policies and procedures, business plan and other marketing material being developed for the business. The staff that will be recruited in Mount Your Everest Pty Ltd will be required to have minimum set levels of experience in disability services for supporting participants.
